Dubai is by no means an unknown city; most people have at the very least heard of it. However, most of these people associate it with modern architecture and luxury shopping, and little else. That is why we need you, the people who know Dubai best, to help the world understand what Dubai really is about, past its shiny first impressions.

Yes, Dubai does have plenty of impressive tourist attractions; the tallest skyscraper in the world (Burj Khalifa) and the biggest and most luxurious shopping mall in the world (Dubai Mall) are but a few of Dubai’s impressive feats. But what lies beyond the fascinating architecture and environment? What is the real culture of Dubai? These are questions that only real locals like you hold the answer to, which is why we are asking you to tell your stories, of your experiences within this apparent dreamlike city.
So what is it like to experience Dubai like a local? Where can you get the best coffee or local Kanafeh? Where do locals relax or celebrate? This is what we and many travelers want to know!
