This is one of my favourite pubs in Temple Bar because of its different floors.
The ground floor usually has live music, mainly guitarists/singers, it is great. There is also a projector screen for for the main sports games.
The 1st floor has a DJ and a small dance floor, perfect for having some fun.
There is a very good rooftop floor with a bar, which is also the smoking area.
It has a few heaters for winter.
They also have a nightclub called “Five” downstairs, sometimes the stairs door to go down to the nightclub is open so you can get in for free.
The beer/cider prices are the usual for Dublin City Centre, about 6€ per pint/bottle.
Protip: When entering the bar, you may be asked by staff to enter via the nightclub door instead, where you will have to pay for admission. Instead tell them that you’re going to the bar and that have friends already there, most likely they will let you go into the bar and from there you can see if the door to go downstairs to the nightclub is open to get in for free, if you want to.
