Miss Bizio Couture is a shop I discovered one day shopping in Stockbridge. It was like walking into the wardrobe of a movie star. The boutique is owned and run by one woman and the collection of clothes, (some dating back to the 1800s?!) have all come from her own wardrobe so she knows exactly what is in the shop and has wonderful stories for them all. The collection is stunning and has some really unique and astounding pieces, and I particularly love the variety.
Despite it being one woman’s wardrobe, she has a great array of styles and era to choose from, and with her expertise, you are bound to find something unlike you’d find in any other shop. The pieces are not your usual vintage shop quality or price – everything is in wonderful condition and is fabulously tailored so prices start around the £100 mark.
It truly is a shop for those special occasions, when you just really want to find something remarkably different and unusual, or just to find a piece of history. The owner will help you find whatever you may or may not be looking for and she has created a vintage wonderland only a short walk from the city centre.
