I love cocktails, and if I find myself around Santa Croce square this is my favorite place to sip a great one made with fresh fruit.
Apart from the common drinks that you can find anywhere, here you can admire a great list of original cocktails invented by Eby. Eby is the great character behind the counter who dreamed of this place many years ago – a visionary. Many customers come here for the cocktails, but so many just stop here for a quick shot, not a normal one but a very elaborate one that will empower you and warm up your night.
But this bar is not only about the drinks – you can have a very good burrito so you may stop here also for a quick bite before your night out. Eby’s opened a side location just across the street where you can sit to eat some great Latino dishes.
