So, are you in Florence and a vegetarian, or perhaps you are in the mood for some healthy and tasty plates in the center without having to eat a steak? Then make sure to book a table here! They have some interesting combos and the interior design is really cool. It feels super zen and green - all you want to do is be healthy and have a glass of wine at the same time!
I had the opportunity to taste a good number of dishes and my favorites were: the watermelon, fennel feta and olive salad and the mozzarella, dried bread and tomato sauce plate. They also make a plate that is just like trippa, but made with eggs - a great alternative if you don't eat meat. A lot of the dishes are also gluten-free, and let me tell you: in Florence it is hard to find gluten free restaurants!
I found the desserts really good as well, go for the chocolate cake if it is available.
