Quinoa is a gluten-free bar and restaurant. I usually go to Quinoa during summer because they organize shows and concerts in their wonderful terrace.
So, I would usually just have a beer without eating anything and I’d never been there for an aperitivo, at least not until some days ago. I decided to have an aperitivo at Quinoa before a guided tour in Palazzo Strozzi that is two minutes walking from there. Among some particular revisited drinks, I chose a pomegranate-flavored Spritz (it sound strange, but it’s really tasty!) and along with my drink I had some baked chips, some quinoa meatballs with artichoke, a vegetable pie and some bread. So, I had my aperitivo inside the restaurant, on a table near a sofa, looking at the library with the vintage pottery and at the old cage hang from the ceiling.
I’m not a “vegetable person”, but I liked everything! The staff is really kind and I had the feeling that they cared about my enjoyment… Well, at least that was my feeling about it! I’ll go back for dinner soon.
