In summer, I get obsessed about ice cream, but even in winter I still have to manage my addiction. Sbrino is my favorite place to grab a great ice cream to go.
Using genuine ingredients, they have a nice selection of flavours that will make everyone happy. Thinking about their pistachio cream or their dark chocolate makes me drool. Just below their name you can read “gelateria contadina,” which can be translated as “Farmer’s ice cream shop”… they use only ingredients from certified organic producers.
Apart from the classic ones, it’s great to find a nice selection of vegan flavors. Right now, they have three different shops located around the city – my favorite is the first one that opened and it is located very close to Santo Spirito Square, but you can be sure that they can guarantee the same quality in all the shops.
There is no option to sit in – all the shops are to go.
