Located at the end of the Eaux-Vives district, Tout Simplement is a lovely place for breakfast or lunch before a walk in the Parc de la Grange or along the lake.
The cafe has a little terrace and the room is pleasant with the bar and an alcove. The tables have funny names like “Table of friends” or, my favorite for its sarcastic humor, “Table of the impatient”.
The Saturday and Sunday brunch offers an all-you-can-eat buffet with Bircher muesli, croissants, pancakes, sweet and savory pies, eggs and salads. The food is fresh and good. I particularly adore its red fruit crumble. It is also possible to order a la carte, with crepes – it can be cheaper if you’re not that hungry. The daily dishes are also a good and tasty option during the week.
It is recommended to book for brunch but you can easily find a seat during the rest of the week.
