On the second and fourth Saturdays of every month go down Partick way to Mansfield Park Square where you will find all manner of Artisan gourmet fare bursting from this packed little market in abundance. Scotland's larder at its best!
The Partick Farmers market is one of Glasgow's Farmers markets that has been on the go since the 1990s and has become home to the amazing fresh produce that local Scottish farms and businesses bring in from around this fair city. There are beautiful organic meats from the likes of 'Annan Water Butchers', with their sumptuous Hoggat, 'Alba Sea Food' with divine kippers and smokies and even a local producer of Spanish style cured meats and cheeses called 'Taste of Spain'. You can also buy delicious jam and chutney goodness at Sengas Chilli Kitchen' or even treat yourself to lunch with 'Fire Dog' gourmet hotdogs or lovely pork baos at 'Erik Eats'.
Every month there are  different second hand stalls with vintage clothing, bric-a-brac and comic books. During the summer you can also listen to live traditional music, whilst you lay on the grass with a tasty snack taking it all in from the two pubs that sit on the square.
There has been a real surge in this type of market over the past 5 years, as more and more people crave better and better produce, as we all make our way to become the next gourmet King or Queen! More stalls to be seen now the summer is here.
