87 Glassford Street. Memorize this address because I guarantee that after you read this article you are going to want to visit Soulsa Cafe right away!
Although the outside looks very ordinary, what you see as you walk through the door is definitely going to surprise you: a nice, cosy set of soft armchairs and leather booths arranged around a fireplace creates a warm atmosphere, and the decorated walls, full of photos and prints of famous singers and album covers, really make Soulsa Cafe look like one of those sophisticated record companies.
But the most important and distinctive element of Soulsa Cafe is the DJ booth and the turntable on the left corner of the room, which is free to use (with extreme care) by the customers. What’s better than sipping a nice cup of coffee on the melody of your favourite track?
Talking about coffee, I would say it is definitely on my top 10 list, as it is the range of cakes and snacks available at the counter. Sometimes the choice of options is limited, but the desserts are always baked on the day and really made from the heart. One last thing I really like at Soulsa is their soup & sandwich deal: always made fresh and always super yummy!
