If my flat is not ready to welcome all my friends, I like to meet them in this great café which feels like a big living room. The nice furniture and many different couches create a very cozy and warm atmosphere. You will find people just reading their newspaper, little groups playing board or card games and, of course, people drinking and eating. Whatever your desire is, you will find it on the menu. There’s all kinds of soft drinks, harder stuff and coffee is served, as well as baguettes and quiches, but in my eyes, they are most famous for two things: the brunch and cakes.
You can get the first during the week for just €6.90 and it includes a really good buffet with cheese, fruits, pastries and much more. The bread and buns are really tasty and most of the time you can get some antipasti. When you are lucky (and late) you are sometimes asked to take some leftovers with you.
Or you can just go home with the second highlight, the cakes. These are homemade and fresh and just delicious. I can recommend the Baiser Torte or the Toffifee Torte but you could choose some healthier ones as well.
