Last year when I went to Stockholm I loved the idea of eating at the market. I mean a regular indoor market where people buy food. There were several small cafes and even a restaurant with tables standing right among the food stalls. I thought it was so cool to eat in this atmosphere and wondered when something like this would appear in Kiev. And it did appear in our central Bessarabka market! A small cafe with several tables in the corner of the market.
At Green 13 they serve soup, sandwiches, desserts, coffee and juice. Everything is vegan. I like it because it’s cheap, it’s vegan, plus you can enjoy the atmosphere and architecture of our beautiful Bessarabka market! I used to think that the best falafel in Kiev was “King falafel & shaurma” which is also at Bessarabka. But now Green 13’s falafel tops my personal chart.
Moreover, they have a shop, so you can buy some vegan food like tofu, vegan caviar, vegan sausage, soy, coconut or almond milk and much more.
