There are a lot of local bars and restaurants in Kiev worth visiting but there are even more nice streets worth walking around on. When you visit Kiev you always go to Kreshchatyk street and Maydan, but there are also other streets with unique atmosphere. One of those streets is Reytarska street. It lies on Yaroslaviv Val street and belongs to the old city part of Kiev. Reytarska street is loved by locals because of its coziness. Due to old architecture style Reytarska street remains homy although a lot of offices and shops are located here. Besides, you’ll find here cafes, beauty shops and bars.
I like walking around Reytarska street with my friends and guests during long weekends or holidays. It doesn’t matter if it’s winter or summer Reytarska street always looks nice and gives you a feeling that you are safe and in a good company. And if you get tired from walking you can always go to one of bars or cafes which are located on Reytarska street as for example Bar/13.
