A brand new place for the aesthetic ones. You enter through a flower shop and all that floral scents and go downstairs into a compact place with one row of tables for two and a long bar stage. This is a story about a bar and a bowl bar. All dishes are served in bowls and are for breakfast, sides, mains, salads, desserts. As a lover of eggs, I highly recommend the #5 omelet with salmon and hummus, but all the rest is super attractive for me, too. The tacos, spring roll and cebiche starters are all big and filling enough. There’s avocado, tahini and cream cheese in a lot of the dishes.
Wine comes by glass or by the bottle, but the cocktails are the second most important thing in the place. There’s 18 of them and they’re 100% signature ones, with masala, pop-corn bitter, carrots, baby-onions for a local version of Bloody Mary called Shroomery (because it has mushroom-infused vodka among the ingredients).
Flower Shop is good for lunch and an evening out. The space is not big, so be sure you have booked a table beforehand.
