First Point was recently opened by a girl who spent some time living and writing in Australia and she was inspired a lot during her stay. The coffee shop has a space for practical master-classes and co-working. The owner also runs an education abroad agency.
Quiet Podil street is worth walking to from the metro – nice houses and neighbourhoods on your way. The space inside is super friendly and open – many windows without curtains make it fully transparent and inviting.
They have a full menu with a big variety of coffees, brewed traditionally or alternatively are accompanied with a choice of homemade, always fresh desserts, pastries, cakes, cookies, granolas. There is no fixed menu, as new ones are regularly baked. 1-2 types of lemonades are made here right before serving and can be made without any sugar or syrup if you don’t like that.
It’s a nice place to have a little rest with a nice tasty little something if you are exploring the old part of Kyiv.
