Foodprintz Cafe was designed and created by a wonder team of two friends: Lisa and Karo. Both held a vision with clear intentions: to create a warm space, where learning, sharing and eating was the foundation. In fact, it’s called “Foodprintz: food – yoga – education”. I remember a few years ago, when they held the pre-opening for further fundraising and thanking/celebrating everyone’s support and their own work. It was a joy to see such a space emerging in Lisbon.
Inside, they built a small and cozy yoga room, where weekly Jivamukti and beginners Yoga classes are held, and meditation sittings as well. It’s a space that I’ve gone back to all the times I’ve felt the need to go deeper and clear my mind.
But the main reason why I love this space has to be my main reason for loving anything: the food!
At Foodprintz, the kitchen team develops a monthly menu, that shifts in order to offer the best produce of that time of year! Plus, they source it very locally, this way tackling tons of carbon emissions, and staying truthful to their mission and message towards a more conscious and loving living.
I feel it’s unnecessary to mention how delicious their food is, but it is just crazy good!
Need more? They sell the best vegan cheeses in town.
