A cool bar with a cool name, nowhere near a tourist attraction, right in the middle of an industrial zone (imagine that). It works as an oasis in the middle of a grey concrete jungle, mostly built for entertaining high-tech white collar workers, so it’s actually a paradox within a paradox. The first time I paid it a visit it was still hot, in mid-August; sweat was pouring out of every pore while I was sitting still. Icy Corona beers became the most frequent customer of my mouth that day.
My friend Klavdija who initially invited me there also dared to challenge me for a trampoline session. After a few semi-successful butt bounces we realised we were too heavy for the challenging jumping and decided to stick to beer. All of a sudden, the warm summer rain started pouring over us and we had to seek shelter under the veil-enclosed cabana. A good day turned into a good evening – time flies when you’re having fun.
The bar itself is easily accessible by taking the city bus – it takes you about 20 minutes with number 3.
P.S. the full name is “restobar”- quite a modern word game. Basically, it also offers stuff to eat – more sophisticated types of dishes, presumably.
