At Little Prince I'd say they know what the food experience really is about -- they create it in such way that I get really lost among flavors and sensations. They're located in Santa Monica, so for me who live kind of far off, going for Sunday brunch is the best option. But they're open every day of the week.
From the menu, the avocado toast is really something you can’t miss! And I’d suggest, since I’m talking from a brunch point of view, to accompany the food with cocktails, which Little Prince excels at as well. The coconut oatmilk horchata cocktail sounded like heaven to me, and it was this very cocktail that gave me an idea about their sense of creativity. It is an incredible mixture of a typical Mexican nonalcoholic drink, but they add rum to it, so what you’ll feel is something between a piña colada and the Mexican horchata drink. Isn't that just fantastic?
The vibe of the place in general is cozy yet exciting, and the food experience is the best part. You'll thank me later :).
