The Forum is an iconic staple in Los Angeles. I remember when the Lakers used to play there, and going to see one of my first concerts as a teenager. Once the Lakers moved to the Staples Center things seemed to go downhill, and artists stopped coming to have concerts there. Fast forward to 2017 and it’s become more than just an arena standing in the shadow of its past. It’s been revamped with state of the art sound and lighting, and a brand new line up of performers!
Big name artists are making their way back to this venue, which puts it back on the map as a must visit location in Los Angeles. I went to a Backstreet Boys concert there and it was amazing! I felt all the nostalgia of my childhood, but in a modern space with better acoustics and visuals than ever before.
It’s great to see a concert here because it’s big enough to impress, but small enough to still feel intimate. Check out the events calendar on their website and try to catch a show. You’ll be surprised to see how many big stars are on the roster!
