Indie's is one of my favorite bars in Luxembourg city center for a lot of different reasons:
The cozy industrial style of the bar with a partly glass ceiling, one of the nicest hidden terraces of the city with a view down to the Petrussse valley, their effort to offer organic, fair-trade, local, seasonal, fresh food but above all very very yummy!!
Independent Café, commonly called Indie’s, offers breakfast, smoothies, weekly specials at a very reasonable price (for Luxembourg) during lunchtime, coffee, dinner with tapas, burgers or even a typical Luxembourgish dish “Ham, Fritten & Zalot” together with a Luxembourgish Simon Beer or a freshly prepared cocktail.
Recently, a new “Corona burger” (with of course Luxembourgish beef) was added to the menu, with a jalapeño sauce burning down the virus… and it’s delicious!
If you like cheese, you should definitely try the raclette burger..it is legen…dary and a special alternative to coffee is their delicious chai vanilla & honey, I love it!
Just enjoy!
