When I first passed Miguitas (little crumbs) I thought it was an artisanal bakery, but when I looked more closely I realised that the biscuits were made especially for dogs!

The colourful snacks are all natural and all healthy – just the thing to treat your four-legged best friend. Everything is sugar-free, yeast-free, salt-free and free from any artificial nasties. The products contain fruit, vegetables, yoghurt, fish, meat and wholemeal flours. They are colourfully decorated, which I suppose will appeal more to the dog owners than the dogs – anyway they look very festive and make a lovely gift for anyone special in your life that has a dog.

Celebrating a doggy birthday? There are cakes too – order one in a tempting flavour, such as chicken liver or tuna. They also have doggy kinder bueno, brownies, oreo cookies and doughnuts, which look good enough to eat! Don’t though – they’re for your pup!

I bought a bag of little reward biscuits and keep them in my bag. They have transformed my student’s snarling, aggressive little mini-teckel into my greatest fan!
