Running seems to be a trend that will not go away anytime soon, or ever. So it sounds about right to talk about a restaurant/coffee shop that offers healthy options for runners. It’s not just for sporty people, of course, but its “clean eating” concept is what got my attention. And the best part? They have a running club, in case you want to start getting healthier today.

Not being a runner myself, coming here was quite an adventure, as I didn’t know what to expect. And I have to say I was greatly surprised. The food we had was amazing: hummus and a San Francisco sandwich that was THAT good. And for dessert, the best lemon pie I have ever tried. The white ecological wine, is delicious. As for the rest of the menu: everything is healthy, ecological, from a local food market and tastefully cooked and presented.

The cool thing about it is that non-runners are encouraged to eat like runners. So, if you are like me and want to feel like one without having to do the hard work, this is your place. There is a running track very close (Santander Park) and Run Run Run has showers, in case you come here directly from your morning jog.

Other treats I love about it:

 The place is dog-friendly.
 You can have food all day long.
 The vibe is just luminous.

Come and check it out for yourself. You will love it!
