Are you a graffiti lover? Check. Do you have a creative project you want to present or share with others? Check. Are you in the mood for the latest comic book? Check. Are you a street art lover? Check. Would you like to have all of the above and also try some homemade cakes and coffee? Then look no more, Swinton & Grant is what you need.
I came to this place to attend a photography workshop, an event organized by my friends of TedxCibeles in Madrid. This is exactly the type of activities that are sponsored by Swinton & Grant, a gallery/book-store/coffee-shop where art-related events for little-known artists take place. Community building is an important part of these events, so come and meet the artists, enjoy their work, and, if you are interested, buy what you see.
Photography workshops, book presentations, comics and drawings by new artists, exhibits about urban art, literature, poetry and any artistic activity you can think of can take place here. I strongly recommend checking their web page for more information; you do not want to miss out on any exhibit.
The owners love creativity, they seem to want you to take Swinton & Grant as a working area, so you can express yourself. Come here to read, learn, and communicate, of course; but also come here to write, to draw, to paint and to share your art with others.
