Go Falafel Manchester

Go Falafel – Hearty vegan street food

It’s hard to be enthusiastic about the boring sandwiches in your bag when you walk past Go Falafel on your lunch break.

Go Falafel is one of those rare establishments that doesn’t overwhelm you with choice. If you don’t like falafel you’re going to leave hungry. But what Go Falafel does is take one thing and do it really well. Made with an authentic, generations old recipe you won’t find better falafel in the city and the mixture is created fresh every day. You can choose a falafel salad but I always opt for a warm wrap smothered in hummus, red cabbage, potatoes and tahini. Washed down with some freshly-squeezed juice of course! Sometimes I like to pop in just to buy a pot of hummus because, try as I might, I just can’t make it anywhere near as well.

I always love finding ‘accidentally vegan’ things to eat and even though Go Falafel doesn’t mark itself as a vegan eatery, everything on the menu is 100% vegan.

It’s my favourite place for a cheap, quick and tasty snack in the city centre!
