ESCO is a space where you can experience dinner, lunch, cocktails, aperitivo or an after-dinner dessert. The service is impeccable and you can tell that for them every little detail counts and makes a difference. The staff is very kind, the food is amazing and you feel like they actually listen to you without being too invasive.
When it comes to the menu, I personally recommend the Battuta al coltello di Fassone piemontese and the Costata di Fassone piemontese! I rarely eat meat but both these dishes were amazing! All the quality ingredients are cooked in a simple yet refined manner that will leave you wanting more. You can pair every dish with a special cocktail recommended and personally selected by their Mixologist. My personal favourite? “Il Mare d’Inverno”.
