Huligan is a bar on Oktyabrskaya street. It was created in 2013 and almost immediately became a cult hit. At that time, Oktyabrskaya was, well, just a street. It was mostly the parties at Huligan that started to transform it into one of the most unique and sophisticated places in Minsk.
Huligan is a party bar. Every Friday and Saturday evening, all of Minsk’s “young and dramatic” are here. Music, at this time, is loud — mostly techno and hip hop performed by local DJs. But artists from Germany, France, Poland and Ukraine also play here quite often. Expect to dance and chat a lot.
On working days, it’s mostly quiet. So, you can also just have a cup of coffee here, if you want.
The menu is typical for a party bar – unique as well as classic cocktails, wine and beer. You can also expect some snacks like tortilla, but not so many. The original cocktails are also definitely worth a try. Some barmen working here are bartending championship nominees in Belarus and internationally. If they have time, they will chat with you and tell you some interesting stories.
The interior design is not fancy. It was made with the people, not an image, in mind.
In short, if you want to party on Oktyabrskaya – just come here.
