Let it Be is a nice, minimalistic place. And it’s kinda niche. Their concept is making toast, sweet and savory pastries, and just different kinds of bread combined with good wine and quality coffee. You can say it’s just another Minsk bakery, but it’s not. I mean, dishes here are like “onion bread with smoked tomatoes, ricotta and pesto”. So, it’s like ‘bread with something”. Gosh, am I terrible at explaining things?
Maybe it isn’t the place for everyone. But if you get their concept, you will enjoy dinner here a lot. For example, I really like a croissant with guacamole and prosciutto from the breakfast menu. Their English muffin with steak, fried eggs and cheddar is also very noteworthy.
All the wine here is good. You can expect fewer different wines on the menu, but all of them are carefully selected. And, you can ask for a “wine of the day”. A couple of times I was very positively surprised.
So, I encourage you to explore something new! Even it is as old as bread and wine combined :).
