River Espresso Club is a cafe run by a local Minsk coffee roaster: River Coffee Roasters. As you might guess, it's located right next to the city's main river, the Svislach, in the only remaining historical quarter of Minsk the Trinity Suburb (Troitskoye Predmestye).
While you can find River's beans in other cafes around the city, this is the only place where you'll always find their most current varieties and, possibly, limited-editions.
I recommend trying a V60 made with their Alcohol-Free beans. These are fermented beans aged in wine barrels. This process gives the coffee a deep and saturated flavor, with noticeable notes of lime and pomegranate. However, if you're not a fan of coffees with high acidity, the baristas will certainly help you find something more to your taste.
Overall, it’s a great spot to relax and unwind. Also, you can grab your coffee to go and enjoy a walk along the historic streets or right by the river.
And whatever you choose, don't forget to get a pastéis tart with your coffee. You definitely won't regret it!
