Réservoir is a versatile spot in Montreal that I love to visit, perfect for brunch, snacks, or a bar night. Located on the fun and buzzy Duluth Street at the corner of St. Laurent Boulevard, this microbrewery has many talents. Réservoir brews a varied selection of beers which can be sampled on the ever-changing menu. If beer isn’t your thing, a concise wine and drinks menu – try the house iced tea! – is available. Whatever the beverage, it can be enjoyed with a selection of dishes made from unique and successful combinations.
On my first visit, I sat on the rooftop patio and savored a memorable dish composed of grilled shallots, endive and sumac. The brunch options are always fresh and seasonal as well with a nice balance of sweet and savory items. The rhubarb scone is definitely a great way to end on a sweet note. Réservoir is a very multipurpose meet up spot, and its central location makes it an easy excuse to stop by for all types of refueling.
