One of the many reasons I love living in New York City is the amount of live music you’ll find here; no matter what night of the week it is, chances are you’ll find an amazing show at one of the many NYC music venues. The Cutting Room has emerged as one of my favorite places to see live music in NYC. It’s centrally located in Murray Hill, so it’s easy to get to no matter where you are in New York City.
When you get there, you’ll find a well appointed room with a vintage NYC feel, small enough to feel intimate but with two floors of seating where you’ll never feel claustrophobic. You won’t find the usual array of overpriced and poorly selected adult beverages you normally find at music venues here. I normally stay away from wine at music venues because it tends to be terrible, but not at The Cutting Room.
They also have a food menu with lots of delicious options to munch on while you’re enjoying your tunes. It’s pretty much the perfect place to catch some live music while in New York City!
