Going for brunch on Sundays has now become part of Parisians’ habits. There are lots of restaurants famous for their brunch and today I’ll share one of my favourites with you. Located close to major parts of Paris, close to the famous Père Lachaise cemetery and a few minutes from the Bastille square, you’ll find a restaurant called L’Artiste. It’s easily recognizable by its terrace: full of people seated on colourful chairs.
I don’t remember how I found out about it but since I did, I have always recommended it to friends from Paris or abroad and they have always enjoyed it. I also like going there with them of course (I haven’t tried the whole menu yet and it changes quite often).
During the week, they offer different plates, mostly French, but not always typical. I especially remember their salads (very big), cheese or charcuterie boards, and their steak! You can go every day at any time and enjoy. I’m quite positive that everything on the menu is good.
Now about the brunch! For this one, you’d have to book before as it’s very much in demandd. For the price, you can have as many hot drinks as you want and one fresh cold juice. Then, you have access to a buffet, plenty of different sweet and savoury dishes: pies, brownies, croissants, bread, salads, cakes and more!
If you wanna have one in Paris, try this one!
