In my mind, this place should be known simply as Vegan Heaven, as it truly is an oasis of plant-based goodness amidst the abundance of meat and dairy in French culinary traditions. From my personal experience, I know well the struggle encountered by people who tend to avoid animal products in their eating preferences in Paris. Wild & The Moon is a chain of vegan restaurants and juice bars, located around Paris, with the flagship location being in the 1st arrondissement, in the neighborhood of Saint-Honoré market square.
It is beautifully designed as an urban jungle hideout, serving one hot meal of the day as well as a soup, and a variety of cold dishes, like salads and sandwiches. There are plenty of desserts, such as blueberry scones and matcha truffle, and colorful smoothies and hot drinks, such as golden latte (a curcuma-spiced hit) and rose latte (infused with rose water).
My personal favorite is the Ocean Dream smoothie of baby-blue color, thanks to the blue spirulina, with a delicate hint of coconut.
