Blonde Gypsy
It’s been a while since Balkan lover & blogger Larissa has visited (and lived in) Prishtina, but she has some great (and !) timeless pieces about Kosovo on her blog Blonde Gypsy. She writes about local spots in the city, but has quite some articles on daytrips from the city as well.
Kosovo 2.0
Kosovo 2.0 is an impressive & beautiful paper and online magazine that aims to initiate debates and advocate initiatives that deepen the understanding of current affairs in Kosovo. Their articles are often human rights based, very insightful, and in 3 languages: Albanian, Serbian and English.
Kosovo Info
Stefan van Dijk is a Dutch entrepreneur who first came to Kosovo in 2004, fell in love with it and stayed. He does a lot of great things for Kosovo, including keeping up this website with lots of information about everything Kosovo: Kosovo-info.com. The blog has articles about doing business, tourism, independence, and religion but also offers information on flights to Pristina and the map and the location of Kosovo within the Balkans.
Prishtina Insight
Prishtina Insight is another impressive online magazine with the latest news about Kosovo & Prishtina, but also great background stories. It is published by BIRN Kosovo, an independent, non-governmental organisation. They mostly write about dialy news but you can occasionally find really cool and trendy initiatives there as well.
