Opened in the summer of 2017, Rockuzine has been one of my favorite bars and clubs in Prishtina. First of all, it is located in Dragodan/Arberi and it has a beautiful view of the city, looking over Fadil Vokkri Stadium and the Palace of Youth. If I go there for a coffee during the day, I prefer sitting outside to enjoy the view.
In the evenings, Rockuzine is mainly crowded as they have live music on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. It’s mostly local musicians playing rock music though they may have international bands from time to time. If the musicians are pretty famous, they need people to make a reservation. They have great beers coming in icy glasses, great cocktails and tasty appetizers. My usual food there is the baked potato wedges. They have a variety of foods like mezzes, sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, pasta and chicken fingers in their menu. The food prices vary from 2.5€ to 4€ and cocktails go for around 4€.
I love their interior design. There are photos of famous rock musicians are framed on the walls together with other rock-themed photos. The bar, the lights, and of course the stage are all designed in perfect harmony. The staff is also quite friendly.
Rockuzine is our best and only rock bar in Prishtina. As Rockuzine says, if you rock, come along!
