Burektore Studenti might be the cheapest place in town to eat, but do not let that fool you as they do make some of the best burek I have ever had. The shop is tiny and beyond simple. There are two tables, maybe six chairs and a refrigerator filled with yogurt — nothing more.
They have burek with three different fillings: cheese, meat and spinach. I would recommend either the cheese or the spinach filling. For only a euro you can get a legendary burek and a yogurt. I doubt you can find a better deal than that.
The owner of the shop, who seems to be doing all the chores around, is hilarious and always makes my visits pleasant. Usually his main topics of conversation seem to be recent political occurrences from a very unusual point of view, which I find very comical. He seems to be very passionate about what he does. Not knowing Albanian could perhaps hinder you from appreciating his wit, but I doubt that the language barrier would stop that man from a good social interaction.
