Tiffany, despite its name, is one of the finest restaurants when it comes to traditional Albanian cuisine. From the second you walk inside the restaurant you are charmed by the welcoming atmosphere and the gorgeous-looking food. Warm, fresh, traditional pita breads, colourful vegetables and the sizzling, delicious food served in tavë (clay dish), make this place impossible not to like.
The restaurant does not have a menu or prices, but the staff is very helpful and will most likely accommodate your needs so you get the best course possible. The starters are pleasant and appetising, the wine is reasonably priced and good, and the rakia is homemade. My favourite dish is Elbasan Tavë and I do recommend it to everyone. However, it is worth trying other stuff too. Ideally, it would be best to get a few different dishes to share with your companions, just like the locals do.
The restaurant does have a garden in the summer, and a more cozy and loud atmosphere inside during winter. This place is ideal if you want to have lunch or dinner. It is pricey for Kosovan standards, but it would hardly break your bank if you are used to European prices or similar.
