A big round of applause to my favorite Ramen place in Rotterdam! Whenever I visit, I eagerly wait in line, caught by the amazing aroma from inside. Hinoki is an incredibly cozy, delicious, and friendly Ramen spot, nestled right in the heart of Rotterdam! The staff is exceptionally friendly, the service is quick, and as a vegetarian, I have never had such a delicious veggie broth before!

What truly takes my ramen experience to the next level is the mouthwatering chili pickle they serve, although they don’t bring it unless you ask! Consider this a special tip from me to you. On a lighter note, being a devoted ramen enthusiast, I have tried several spots, yet none have ever satisfied me quite like this one. While writing this article, even though it’s above 20° Celsius outside, I want to be heading there after work! Ah so good! Enjoy the comforting embrace of a warm hug of ramen!
