You will see dishes like hearty vegetable stew, baked brown rice with vegetables, seitan burgers, rich soups, creatively put together sauces, fresh daring salads and even pastry for your sweet tooth. My absolute favourite is the crispy tofu – it’s from another planet – insanely delicious and crunchy.

The concept is that you put everything you like on a plate, then it gets weighed and you can still order a drink.

You can consume all this goodness outside on the spacious terrace or inside, either on the first or second floor.
