This spot is a great place for coffee lovers. Here, “Raf coffee” is not made with syrups and other pre-prepared ingredients. It takes time to make real “Raf, ” and it’s worth waiting for. People told Coffelosophy’s owners that time would pass and they would switch to syrups. Time did pass. But they didn’t shift to an easier life.
The baristas at Coffelosophy take part in coffee championships (and get extra money from the employer if they get any prizes).
There are several universities around, so some students drop by to get fresh coffee. Personally, I like to walk here from Sennaya subway station by the Griboedov channel and then get my coffee prize: slowly and passionately.
There are some snacks, too, but this coffee workshop is primarily dedicated to the magic of preparing drinks. I’d recommend you get your lunch before coming here.
