Pedro & Gomez at Larisa’s – Street food bar

Rubinsteina street used to be the main bar-hopping place in the whole of St.Pete! Now it has changed. Nekrasova, Mayakovskogo and Belinskogo streets are equally crowded with good bars, and Rubinsteina started to greet too posh and too boring restaurants.

Yet there are still some nice places here to catch up with city life.

If Bekitzer is too crowded or loud, head to the nice cave-like bar on the other side of lively Rubinsteina bar street.

I personally like to drink cider here. Preferably with a fish sandwich or some marinated herring. Sometimes with friends, sometimes accompanied by a book.

But the best thing you can do at any bar on Rubinshteina street is to gaze out of the window! – because it’s the liveliest street in the center of the city and a rather quiet one during the day. You can see from the window what is fashionable right now: beards? hats? skirts?

– Ask for Ramen soup if you are really hungry.

– There is free chili sauce on every table.
