One of my favorite things about Town’s End Restaurant & Bakery is the wall of windows on one entire side of the restaurant and the view of the outdoor patio and waterfront. Adding to the light & airy feel of Town’s End Restaurant & Bakery is the rotating art exhibit (every 4 months or so) of local artists. Sometimes there are paintings, or photography, sculpture or all three.
There really is a locals vibe here. Many residents of the area are regulars and well known to the people that work at Town’s End Restaurant & Bakery. “Hello Xavier, how’ve you been”?
OK, so now about the food!
The baked goodies at Town’s End Restaurant and Bare homemade and they use organic and sustainable foods in their breakfast and lunch menu whenever possible. My description “Comfort Food & Art” is such because of yummy things like eggs benedict and corned beef hash for breakfast. Or, if you’re there for lunch, mac n’ cheese or veggie pot pie (this is my go-to) warm the belly nicely. On the lighter side, one of my favorite salads is the New Mexico Caesar…avocado, black beans, salsa, queso fresco, organic Romaine…is your mouth watering yet?
Be sure not to show up for dinner though, Town’s End Restaurant & Bakery is open for breakfast, lunch or brunch only – their specialty!
