The amazingly friendly atmosphere is the reason this is my go to bike shop. 20/20 is not in the game of selling super fancy, super expensive bikes. What they do sell are quirky 1970-1980's steel frame bikes lovingly rebuilt and overhauled. In addition, it's fun to rummage through their used parts bin for overlooked treasures. The guys are passionate about what they do and take pride in their service. Unlike many shops, you aren't going to feel hassled to buy something while admiring the vintage bikes. This welcoming environment makes for a very pleasant visit and I often find an excuse just to stop by.
Another neat feature of the shop is their used parts collection, which they will often refer you to before showing you new stuff. It's a great way to save money and save parts from the landfill.
20/20 has a sister shop down the street on Union and 23rd Ave which sells only electric bikes which are gaining popularity in this hilly city.
20/20's super friendly service and lack of pushy sales people make this unique shop accessible for anyone looking to bike.
"Umi Sake House" in Seattle is the most popular and also my favorite fusion sushi restaurant in the city. It's vegetarian friendly, too!
