Myrtle Edwards Park Seattle

Myrtle Edwards Park – The best of Elliott Bay

I recently got a bike, which in Seattle is a lot more common than you’d think, what with the rain and all. But discovering new bike paths and parks to ride has been my favorite thing about being a big city cyclist. There are so many beautiful places to ride in Seattle.

One of the most scenic, and one of my favorite, parks is Myrtle Edwards Park. It’s right on the water which makes for some amazing views. There are plenty of benches all over to just sit and watch the world go by. And the best part, a great trail to walk, run, ride, or skate on.

Whether you’re looking for exercise or just a relaxing day by the water, Myrtle Edwards Park has got you’ve covered. You can get a glimpse of the skyline from Myrtle Edwards and on a nice clear day you can even seen Mt. Rainier in the distance. Such an amazing, beautiful spot to spend a day!
