More and more craft breweries are popping up all over the United States, and Seattle is one of the best places to track them down. Personally, I romanticize all craft breweries as ideas that originally started in someone’s garage. The brewer starts by testing his creation out on friends, family and co-workers. The next thing you know, they have some crazy idea to start a brewery. The craft beer American dream!
Reuben’s is exactly one of those places that I just described and to be honest, I think knowing that history makes the beer taste better. With so many breweries around these days it can he hard to know good from bad, but I promise you, Reuben’s is one of those good ones. I highly recommend the Robust Porter.
Their location is uncomplicated which is just what you want from a brewery. On a nice day you can hang on their deck and if the weather isn’t quite right, you can sip a beer inside while you watch the brewers in action. Just down the street is another brewery called Stoup if you want to make a day of it! They usually have a deep list on tap, so grab yourself a flight.
