Pizza is a sacred dish. Every city likely claims they have the best pie somewhere in town. Hell, my favorite pizza of all time is still the local place I ate it in my hometown when I was 7. Most people find their favorite pizza place and they stick to their favorite pizza place. Well the best pizza place in Seattle just happens to be based on the pizza they make in Chicago. Sorry! Seattle can stick to Seafood and Asian cuisine, there is no shame in bringing in some out-of-towners to pump out the best Za in the city.
For people that have had Chicago-style pizza in Chicago before, you’re going to feel like you’re hanging with the founding fathers. For those of you who haven’t had Chicago-style pizza before, prepare for your mind to be blown. Here is one little hint for you, the cheese is on the bottom and the sauce is on the top. Trust me on this one.
Their pizza isn’t some sort of out of the ordinary one-time experience. It’s going to be all you want to eat going further. If the place is full up, just pop in next door at Holy Mountain Brewing while you wait for a table. Between the pizza at hand and the beer next door, you might not need to leave a 100-feet radius for the rest of the night.
