This is the experience that all the guests of the private chef Alex Pucci have at her Table for four (a one and only gourmet dimension) where she prepares specialties according to unique recipes on which design she works with great dedication.

She is a master in combining old, ancestral, almost forgotten recipes with ultra-modern minimalist approaches and culinary methods. All the produce used is from her garden located 20 km from Skopje and that is one of the reasons why her food is a great experience for the palate.

Even the simplest, everyday dishes prepared in her dishes taste wonderful. Not to mention the design and visual pleasure – something to which Alex Pucci devotes a lot of time designing each menu.
