Feta bruschetta with tomato, rolled chicken with prosciutto and curry, rocket or arugula salad with strawberry, salmon on a stick, beef with sweet sauce and many other impossible/possible mixes of ingredients is the reason why I am a frequent visitor to this place located next to the river Vardar and just a few meters from the city park.
From the other side of this amazing kitchen bar there are no buildings – just a green grassy hill which is the perfect view during breakfast in the early morning hours. After I run out my 5 or more kilometers, my first station is “Twins” to refresh my body with some of the many healthy and fresh breakfasts on the menu. A certain choice for me are the chia seeds with almond milk, cinnamon and fresh fruit on top! Or sometimes, when I’ve had a more exciting crossfit workout, I feed my body with proteins: their super delicious meat specialty with rich taste and interesting sweet elements; or I choose some of the many interesting egg meals. But the uniqueness is in the dual concept of being a salad bar and wine bar and in presenting the food in a jar (salads, dessert and coffee), which is a new experience.
In the cold months I hide inside, in the wood and metal design, and in spring and summer apart from the unforgettable food, the big terrace, and the loyal fellow, the South wind, offer a complete refreshment.
