About me

About me
I love to travel! I am the owner, operator, tour-creator, tour-leader, and sole employee of Britain Your Way Tours and Women Sharing Cultures. Both provide small-group, leisurely-paced trips with a focus on meeting locals. I'm a history buff, an unabashed Anglophile, and love learning about cultures (the degrees in Cultural Anthropology might be a factor in that part). I share my love of travel by giving talks at local libraries, colleges, clubs, and bookstores. I'm the proud mom of two wonderful grown sons, adore my little rescue cat Lillie, and like curling up in bed with a good cozy mystery.

Why Los Angeles
For all the sometimes-unflattering stereotypes, Los Angeles remains a wonderfully-diverse place filled with all types of people living together. The sun is almost always shining, the weather is (usually) mild, and the people are friendly. What's not to love?!
