The "Boston Athenaeum" is an independent library praised for its architecture, history and collection. Reading by the windows on a sunny day? My bliss.

"The Samuel Adams Brewery" in Boston is where they make the ever-present go-to beer of the city, and they offer entertaining and interesting tours as well.

"L.A. Burdick" is a secret worth sharing. This café's hot chocolate is one of the best I've tasted in all of Boston. Their ingredients are true heroes here.
By
"J.P. Licks" Boston is the local favorite ice cream shop, all-year-round (winter? Even better!) I just love their coffee, chocolate and coconut flavors.

The "MIT Ray & Maria Stata Center" in Boston is quirk personified. Nothing about it is conventional. I find it makes science look cool and inspiring...
By
"Charles River Esplanade" is a three-mile park along the south bank of Boston's Charles River. It's my favorite for a picnic and reading under the trees...
By
"Aeronaut Brewing Company" is among the new wave of craft breweries that have emerged in the Boston area. Try their IPA "A year with Doctor Nandu."

"Oleana" would be my bet if I were to pick a romantic restaurant in Boston. At its core a Turkish restaurant, its big hit is the veggie tasting menu for 2.

About me
I'm a happy go-lucky person who grew up in India and have been discovering Boston since 2014. A digital marketer in higher education by the day, I'm constantly plotting my next escape with my husband. When I was new to Boston, there was so much I attempted to discover on my own. I'm happy and excited to be able to share that information with fellow travelers. Also, I am a vegetarian, and always make an extra effort to find veggie-friendly meals.
Why Boston
Boston is a vibrant city to be in. I love the fact that it has four distinct seasons (although I wish winters were shorter) and people from various sides of the world. It is charming, welcoming, intelligent and buzzing.
