So this is the most hyped pizza place in Tallinn. From Tuesday till Friday they make around 100 pizzas per day and on weekend a bit more over 120. They open from around noon but closing time is the end of the dough. Yep, it can be any time but usually before 16:00 – 17:00 because, yes, it is that popular and more and more people keep coming to taste this wonderful pizza dough with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
This is Neapolitan-style pizza made with the help of a hand-built, wood-fired, brick Stefano Ferrara oven. The oven is heated to 485С and each pizza is cooked for 60 seconds which allows it to preserve all the freshness and nutritiousness of the ingredients. They have a lot of Italian sausages and good cheese.
The place is not very big – there is a large communal table and a few seats at the bar. So come early: there are several pizzas to choose from, as well as the pizza of the day.
Do not forget to order some local craft beer to go with it, and enjoy your day.
